Born into a family of bakers in the south of France, chef Jeremy Lasserre began his career under the direction of the great French chef Alain Ducasse.
At 22, he decided to explore the world.
This trip lasted 14 years and mainly revolved around Asia in some of the most luxurious hotels in the world.
His last mission took place at InterContiental Danang, ranked 3rd best Resort in the world by Condé Nast in 2019, alongside the famous chef, Pierre Gagnaire.
In 2020, chef Jeremy decided to go back to his roots and settle in the Hotel du Barry with his family.

After such a trip abroad, Chef Jeremy brought some Asian ceations back to his kitchen.
